7. Automated Decision-Making

We do not process your personal information in a way that subjects you to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling.

8. Where We Store Your Information and International Transfers

We host the personal information we collect within the European Economic Area (EEA).

However, Laxar LLC, the controller responsible for the Service, is established in the Kyrgyz Republic, which has not received an "adequacy decision" from the European Commission or the United Kingdom. This means your personal information may be accessed and processed from the Kyrgyz Republic, and some of our service providers may process it in other countries.

Where personal information of users in the EEA or the UK is transferred to, or accessed from, a country without an adequacy decision, we put appropriate safeguards in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and the UK authorities, together with additional technical and organizational measures. You may contact us for more information about these safeguards or for a copy of them. We do not treat your mere use of the Service as your consent to these transfers.

9. How We Protect Your Information

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect your personal information, including encryption of data in transit (SSL/TLS), hashing of passwords, firewalls, access controls limited to authorized staff under confidentiality obligations, and not storing voice audio. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affecting your personal information occurs, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.

10. Data Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in Section 4, after which we delete it or irreversibly anonymize it. Voice chat is never retained, because audio is transmitted live and not recorded. Some information, in particular moderation, ban, and security records, may be kept for longer, including after an account is closed, where necessary to prevent ban evasion, investigate recurring abuse, comply with the law, or defend legal claims.

  • Rectification — have inaccurate or incomplete information corrected.

  • Objection — object to processing based on our legitimate interests, and to direct marketing at any time.
  • Withdraw consent — where we rely on consent, withdraw it at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 2 with the subject "Personal Data Request." We may verify your identity first and will respond within the time required by applicable law (generally one month under the GDPR). Exercising these rights is free, although we may charge a reasonable fee or decline requests that are manifestly unfounded or excessive.

These rights are not absolute. Where the law permits, we may retain or continue to process certain information after assessing your request, for example where it is necessary for security and the prevention of fraud, cheating, and ban evasion; for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims; or to comply with a legal obligation. In such cases we will keep only what is necessary, restrict or delete the rest, and explain the reason for any partial refusal.

If you are in the EEA or the UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

12. Age Restriction

13. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites and services that we do not operate or control, and the Game is a mod for a third-party game (The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim). This Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to read their privacy policies.
